Noisy in the outside smoking area and a good stay. Food and restuarant service very poor on monday 21th February.

Good location reasonable price excellent staff, much improved since our stay last year.

The bus stop is a short walk away and has services to cleethorpes, the building itself is a little unattractive, interior is looking tired. Hot water tap in sink not working, frozen fish being passed off as fresh salmon.

Just across the road from station and poor mattress. The cooked breakfast wasn'.
