By and large, it was second to none place with extremely helpful staff who handed out flags for you to wave for service. The restaurant was beautiful for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes.

Honestly no reason to complain. Fantastic accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff members from the housekeepers. Great meal at open-air restaurant. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking right by.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and in the centre of the resort. The service was top-notch with the friendliest staff we've ever encountered at a resort. Our room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel amenities were great too, with a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The room was updated and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Location: the hotel was right by the pier and the Bamboo restaurant in the morning for breakfast and especially the Treetops pizzeria. The breakfast was above average and extensive, the check in was easy.

the venue is fairly clean and fairly large, views are magnificent, the location is amazing and beautiful close enough to the waterfall and the volcano pits, the new beach bar, and the beach and martinique. the above average and extensive breakfast offers great food: tea and fresh bread.

The location of this resort is absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing from your room. The property is also near to everything, with convenient access to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the ocean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of delicious food.
