  We reserved the King Whirlpool room for a birthday get-a-way. The buttons on the whirlpool were broken, the doors didn't shut or lock properly (had to put a chair in front of the patio doors), the carpet needed to be replaced (beyond cleaning), the chairs were so gross I covered them with towels, the toilet ran (had to jiggle the handle to stop it), the walls were so thin that I heard EVERY WORD of the people next door, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable - not to mention the thin and worn sheets with pillage. To make matters worse the hot tub in the pool area didn't work and the fireplace (the main reason we booked there in the first place) didn't work either!

  The people are very kind, the room we stayed in was so nice! The pool is open 24 hours, which is the first I've ever seen of that. The funniest thing was when we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a little maltese. The guy at the front desk said, "That's our security.
