During complimentary breakfast hours were friendly and welcoming.
The bedding was also comfy, the continental breakfast was much more than advertised.
Front desk staff member was friendly, the room was clean roomy and the continental breakfast was above average as had sausage patties.

The pool and hot tub area are very clean, hotel is fabulous, great home base for all Pittsburgh activities. The desk personnel are extremely helpful and the water is highly chlorinated and very warm. The morning breakfast is fresh.

Great hotel, great people and a wonderful stay, staff is excellent and very accomodating to all our needs, pretty clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Breakfast is decent and fresh, as is the coffee.
