The location was in a dead area w/closed businesses.
Conveniently close to Hobby airport and highway.
This hotel is close to the airport, I45 and a strip joint.
We had 3 adults in one suite, and we had plenty of room although the bathroom was VERY small.
The tiny rooms (so called suites) at $140 a night just have either 1 king or 2 doubles, and a tiny 27 inch cable tv with like 15 channels and the tv would get interference on half of those channels.
When visiting our cousin and her children in the Houston area, we stayed one night at the Springhill suites by Hobby airport.
Rooms are nice and large with adequate lighting and work space.
034;The Business Ctr is a single desk which is not in a closed in room, with Monitor facing the traffic, no privacy and noisy.
The location was not my choice and there were few restaurant choices if you did not want chain fast food.
I like the fact that they have a computer in the lobby for guest to use and they serve hot & cold breakfast every morning.
The free breakfast is nice, especially if you have kids.
The staff was also GR8 and the breakfast was way more than we anticipated.
Breakfast would satisfy growups and kids.
Very rude staff and the front desk staff were clueless and had no desire to help us.
Staff was excellent and made sure I was taken care.
THE STAFF IS REMARKABLE AND THE HOTEL IS VERY COMFORTABLE.
If one thing they could do was offer a shuttle to MD Anderson even if you had to pay something like $5 for trip there and back.
Pool is outdoors and more like a toddlers area.
Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses daily, did not provide adequate linen.
Everything was extremely clean inside the rooms and out.
Rooms were clean and internet service good also.
