The lobby has a very nice breakfast area, the hotel is smoke free and the staff is always very courteous and accommodating.

Nice sitting area away from the sleeping area, great Hotel and coffee is complimentary in the lobby 24/7. Staff is very friendly and professional, springHill Suites is by far the best value. Elevators are available and better continental breakfast than you normally get for free.

The breakfast area is well situated directly to your right as you walk in, the Springhill Suites is a great new hotel in Erie and all the staff are very friendly and the General Manager is very hands on. The rooms are clean.

The jacuzzi was very relaxing after a long day, and had a separate tv you can view, hotel was clean, and oh the price was nice as well. The staff were pleasant, manager was very helpful and the room was clean, quiet and large. I loved the kitchenette was great for storing many things, breakfast was good.

Overall no complaints, great service, good location and spotless, nice decor. Friendly front desk staff and clean rooms. Also fresh apples by the elevators, ps awesome mattress and the breakfast was the best I have seen, something for everyone. The gym was adequate.
