This hotel is well-maintained and absolutely great with incredibly kind employees with the manager there. The room is recently renovated and reasonably large for your bathroom needs. The venue has a central location to OSU football stadium. The place to order lunch at a medium distance from the hotel is Firehouse Subs.

The hotel was located not far from Near to restaurants and the medical center. The staff helped us with bags. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was good.

We loved the suburban location and how fairly clean the place was kept. Fashionable and updated room which had a couch and a couch bed. The service provided there was excellent. Besides, our parking was onsite.

The hotel was located just next door to a Tim Hortons, shops, and Short North. The staff helped us with bags. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was good!

The room we booked was newly renovated and neat with microwave, free wi-fi plus TV as advertised. The location in a very nice area was marvellous and comfy and there were stores and fairgrounds nearby.

It is fairly clean and spacious hotel, the staff are efficient and location in a business area- “ restaurants ” nearby include Subway is amazing. The venue provides an excellent service. They have lobby bar, free parking and nice pool.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend event and couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms were tastefully decorated with West Elm furniture and had plenty of space for our group of four. I especially appreciated the separate spaces for the commode and shower. The majority of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping was attentive. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The outdoor patio was a delightful surprise, providing a lovely space to relax.

I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Room size was great. Design was modern. Room was clean and inviting. Staff was great, free breakfast and first floor convenience. Proximity to osu was good as well. We have tried 4 other hotels when visiting our son at osu and this has been the best so far.

Limited healthy options for breakfast. Lack of environmental initiatives, such as using styrofoam plates and no recycling containers.

We needed an affordable and comfortable place to stay for a quick weekend trip to the city. This was a perfect location and the rooms were just fine. We would consider staying there again.
