  Location and friendly staff, great for a quick stop over. Nice basic airport hotel and good rates. The interior was spotless, room was clean and the lady at the breakfast buffet was very pleasant. Manager kowee trvesdale was especially helpful.

  Arrived at the airport near midnight, great Value and overall, the rate was good at $99. The exterior was clean and well maintained, staff were courteous. The beds were wonderful and breakfast in the morning was nice.

  The free airport shuttle picked me up, best place I have stayed for the money a long and the front desk staff is cheerful and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious, at breakfast, you get the usual continental fare works for me.

  I liked its location in relationship to the airport and very nice stay. Very good for the price and other traditional continental style items. The staff were exceptionally friendly, room was comfortable and the free breakfast was also wonderful.

  Good location to the Charlotte Airport, decent value and price and ease of Booked were great. The staff were friendly and the room was great, clean and quite even was next to the elevator. The breakfast was just ok.

  Huge sitting area, great values and front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice and there was also a very small pool.

  Order in" Italian was very good and an employee was grumbling in public to the day manager about bad hours.

  The airport is very close and convenient, excellent Hotel ~ Will stay here again, the staff is incredibly attentive and nice. Large rooms that are clean and breakfast is decent.

  On saturday morning, the breakfast area was just barely stocked and the hotel did not look overpopulated a big plus. The staff were very pleasant, my room was clean, quiet, smelled good, and comfortable, the pizza was good.

  This hotel is consistent worth other springhill suites, the staff is exceptional and the rooms are very nice and are clean. Breakfast is included in morning that has a variety of hot and cold foods.
