While it was the most expensive hotel on our trip (by a little), it was also the best value on the trip (by a lot).
The Spring Creek Ranch is located in an amazing location.
The location is great - right between Teton Village and the setting is quiet and peaceful.
Some visitors might want to stay at a location in town, but for us, the location on the edge of the butte was more appropriate for being in Wyoming and part of the reason why we came out there.
We were picked up from the airport by their shuttle.
Then, they didn't have a shuttle available for that early hour (although 3 major airlines have 7am flights out of Jackson Hole) and we had to call taxis.
We stayed in a condo with bedroom, sitting room, large bath, wood-burning fireplace and patio with magnificent view of the Grand Teton.
The "suite" was essentially two large rooms with an common bathroom; it was on the second floor and also had a nice entryway that provided open space.
The bathroom was small and basic, with just enough space for a toilet and shower/tub.
Service was great and the "suite" was essentially two large rooms.
There are no dividers between the bedroom and the 'living room' but there was no need for one.
The room came with breakfast included, but there was virtually no help at the restaurant, but while what little service was cheerful the food was terrible with over-cooked eggs every morning and coffee cup always wanting.
Ate breakfast in the Granery Restaurant every day - great menu selection included in the condo price - we can't wait to go back again!
We ate there for breakfast and lunch, and were very pleased with our dining experiences.
The staff was so wonderful, the room had a very high ceiling and the Granary Restaurant had a fantastic breakfast.
The location is only a short hop from town (about 10 minutes), but the 2 restaurants on top - The Granary and the restaurant at the Amangani were more than adequate for our needs.
My favorite thing about this hotel was the staff that ran the concierge and shuttle services.
The property including the reception area and Granary restaurant are somewhat rustic, but certainly adequate in the services such as riding stable, pool and tennis.
The staff were wonderful, the room was fairly large and the restaurant service was inconsistent at best.
The views were fabulous, the hot tub was not in service for our entire stay and the staff was very helpful to us before.
The amenities were really good—from a clean, modern gym to a beautiful lap pool to the peaceful day spa.
The pool, spa and meeting faclities were well above average.
The pool was very nice and large however no shade from trees or umbrellas.
We had a 2 bedroom that entered downstairs to walk up 14 steps a narrow halway and also not very clean.
In addition rooms were clean, the restaurant was excellent and the pool was great for the kids.
Bathroom were clean, minor annoyances: service at breakfast was uneven at best and the swimming pool was great.
In addition the room was clean, the restaurant was GREAT.
The shower and bathroom were clean, but old and very used.
