The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with very good recommendations for places to go/eat around town; the location of the hotel was exceptional as it was an easy walk to the gondola and in the middle of shops/restaurants/bars; breakfast was consistently good; and we had a nice quiet and comfortable room. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only disappointment that we had was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. We had hoped to use it after a full day of skiing. It also would have been nice to have had at least one other TV channel in English other than CNN, but that is not a major issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. The food served at the hotel is delicious and presented beautifully. Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter and have a great view of the park. Some rooms also feature interesting bathroom decor with mountain views.

Noise from the street and nearby venues can be bothersome, especially if the room is facing the front.

This hotel is not for non-smokers. The public smoking areas are not sealed off from the rest of the hotel and this is a problem. We did not have any of our evening meals in the hotel because of this.

It's just a short walk away from the main ski lift, which is perfect for families with kids who want to hit the slopes quickly. I stayed during Easter and unfortunately the hotel was extremely noisy at night due to being near a busy club. The central heating was controlled by reception which made the room uncomfortably hot at night.
