Everything was new and to full "European" standards. Staff were all very helpful at all times of the day and night. Peaceful, quiet location in residential area on edge of the city.

The only possible improvement would be to add a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc.

Very comfortable, clean, good facilities, sauna available, air conditionned, modern shower aned media equipment.

It is far from the centre and not very easy to find. Staff only speaks russian.

The breakfast was good enough for a three star hotel.

The location is horrible. The building behind is abandoned with broken windows. The area around is very dirty with trash here and there. It is a walk of about 1 hour at a fast pace to the center. You must pay extra to use the pool and sauna which was not specified on the website. The water temp in the showers is constantly shifting from warm to very hot and back to warm or luke warm. The reception desk help had difficulty locating the hotel on the only map they had and was not even clear where the center was. The breakfast was not an American breakfast as that is typically eggs and/or pancakes, bacon, home fries , toast and juice and coffee or tea or milk.

Nice hotel with the perfect staff, perfect rooms and excellent breakfast. Ideal for business trips.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant was good also.

None of the hotel staff spoke any english and there was only one woman at reception who was even willing to meet us halfway and attempt to communicate - the other one we encountered on the front desk was very unhelpful altogether. also, the wifi is a bit hit and miss.

There is wonderful restaurant in the hotel. Everithing is very, very tasty.
