Ideal location to explore and enjoy the sites

Our apartment was very close to old-town centre and excellently located in the area of narrow streets above the harbour. Apatment itself (apart from bathroom) was clean and comfortable and close to local shops and restaurtants - the one opposite the agency was one of the best we visited in whole of Croatia and great value for money.

Apartment agency (where you pick up the keys) is almost impossible to find! Split has a very confusing tracffic sytem with very few signs and the agency is not reachable easily by car. We abandoned ours in an expensive car park and asked the very helpful locals the way! Our apartment's bathroom was small and so designed that the shower wet the floor however careful you were!

Management was helpful to the extreme. The owners have apartments at a number of different locations, I stayed at the one in Trumbucac street. Superb lodgings, as central as one could wish, fair price. A home away from home.

Central location of apartment in romantic old city palace; abundance of interior facilities and decoration beyond normal hotel standard.

Situated on 3rd floor without elevator (but which was previously known); no cleaning during period of stay

Staff worked around our schedule for check in and check out. That was nice.

The location was superb. From our familyroom a marvellous view on the old city and the harbour. It's only about 150 stairs away from Split centre.

It's was no problem for us but the location is difficult to reach by car or bus (it's on Marjan hill).

Was nice and clean and modern. Airconditioning was a great plus

That it was a 10 minute walk up hill from the old city.

The people that we dealth with were lovely. Very helpful and attentive. They even walked down to the maiin street to meet us as we were lost.

We were given the wireless internet key and although it was recognised as correct it would not work.

The hotel is very well situated

There was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment. It was noisy too as you could hear people walk and talk upstairs. We did not receive the keys for the main entrance door and the tv remote control did not work at all. The price of the apartment was too high for what we got.

The staff were very helpful because finding the place is almost impossible! The unit was clean and had good internet access.

The room had a creaky floor upstairs so whenever the upstairs tenant walked, you heard it loudly downstairs. The furnishings of the room were a bit spartan.

The location was great.in the old town & once you found your way there it was very close to the bus terminal;ferry port;markets & general shopping.we only met one staff member & she was excellent.

It might be suggested to the owners that if clients are arriving by bus or ferry that they provide a pickup service.the old town is a maze of small lanes which wind in & out of the area.once you at the apartments it is very easy to get around.it is just that initial arrival(with luggage) that can be a problem.other than that no problems whatsoever.

We stayed in the apartment in the palace. It was conveniently located, only 5 minutes walk from bus station and the port.

The only drawback is there is a bar downstairs. It was noisy at night. We had to close the window and turn on the air-cond at night.

The apartment was great - large and clean and in a good location. It was an easy walk to Diocletian's Palace/Old Town and close to a general store and a few local restaurants. Great service from the Split By Apartments staff in providing left luggage services when we arrived in town early and departed late. Thanks!
