Yes, the price has risen and is probably a bit high, but it seems that the rate of rise in hotel prices has far oustripped the rate of inflation everywhere.
To sum up, I would recommend this hotel for couples with extra spending money.
While my stay was perfectly acceptable, my expectations of the hotel (based their website and the prices they charge) were much higher than reality delivered.
We're also not expecting Post Ranch Inn type standards for the price they charge, but the hotel cannot even get the simple things right.
The Inn is located on Cannery Row which is a great location.
Very convenient location right next to the aquarium, the hotel is 3 storey's high and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
