I recently had a long stay at a hotel in South Kolkata and I must say, it was a decent place. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The rates were very affordable, especially considering the excellent location in a quiet and clean residential area. The hotel staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even had a provision for an extra bed. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of dishes at an affordable price, making it a convenient option for guests.

Everything was fine.

Bad service and they ask me to pay for all the days i was supposed to be staying as soon as i enter the hotel.

Room was too small compare to price but hotels & room was too clean & staff also very helpful.

Hotel price is too much compare to hotel facility. Also I am so upset for their poor & limited breakfast.

Secondly, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as having an extra bed available. Lastly, the location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a quiet area but still conveniently close to popular attractions like Park Street and Central Kolkata.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfectly fine.

It was compact and clean

The employees are too friendly and they want to help you too eagerly. It gets into your nerves sometimes as well as they panic all the time. Even though I know they are trying to help us. Also when I booked the hotel rent was the main reason for it, but when I went there they said the rate is ++ so vat and tax will be added. In my booking page, a very small letter point shows that, which I missed since it was written insignificantly.

Hotel was neat and clean. Staff were supportive. Services were good and the management response war promt and effective.

Not much in the breakfast. It's bit overpriced (by 30-40%) It's very compact, not much space to roam around.

The AC was substandard, insufficient for the room size, and was dropping Ice out of the vent. The mini bar switches off on removal of the key card. The bed linen was soiled, and a murky off white. The Towels were the same. There is no bar facility, the restaurant closes at 10pm. The bathroom has an open drain system, so when you open the taps,etc you hear the water running for quite a while later. The corridor AC s were switched off.Also, only pay daily, as they have a no refund policy, if you have to leave early, even in an emergency. I am a regular hotel user, and this is not a decent hotel. Even their advert is false, they claim to have wireless internet in the rooms, it's actually cabled.

They clean the room everyday and the staff are also friendly. I enjoy the swimming pool :-)

Having problem a probleem with the wifi. For the business clients is very important!

Great location close to a cinema and a lively area. , the room was clean and had hot water, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was a real letdown. Very limited options and poor service.

Great accommodation, fantastic food and restaurant, great staff, convenient location, attentive and pleasant staff.

This hotel in South Kolkata is definitely worth the price. The rooms, though not spacious, are clean and tidy. The staff are polite and friendly, and the location is excellent, being close to the metro station. The breakfast, though it could use some variety, is satisfying.
