  The location very large, lovely hotel in beautiful settings and the interior is stylish. The staff are very friendly and helpful, british Columbia is a fine local establishment.

  A short 10 minute drive to town, the breakfast is an extra $9.00 p/p for that you get a small box of cereal.

  The Soutn Thompson Inn Guest Ranchis nowhere near the downtown area of Kamloops and other products were of cheap quality. The staff were excellent and our room was well furnished. The arrival snack platter was very disappointing as was not freshly made, the food at dinner was superb.

• "Great place to escape and relax..."

  This is an excellent property to relax and escape from a hectic schedule. The Inn is located approximately 25 minutes drive from downtown Kamloops in an area surrounded by ranches and lightly populated residential areas, plus a golf course. It's not a large property, so you likely won't be bombarded by large convention groups, etc. Our room was well furnished and maintained. Highlights include extra large patio decks off the rooms, comfy bath robes and a 24 hour outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub.

  When we checked in for a 3 day seminar, we clearly said that we had a prepaid reservation via Booked.net.ca. The lady at the front desk never said otherwise. And this created a problem that could have been prevented. They had actually never received our reservation. When we made the reservation we booked at the Thompson hotel and conference centre in kalmias. Because of the Name being so close and the place being in kalmias, we honestly thought that we made the reservation at the same place as where the seminar took place. Lacking chance that day, we had also forgotten our reservation number.
