  Awful view from room window, too expensive for offers - try another place and charged R$3.50 for a small bottle of water.

  The price.

  The area surrounding the hotel was hostile.

  I would never stay at this hotel again. there was two workers on the desk alfons, Isabel that were helpful and friendly the rest were distant and cold. the house keeping staff were very friendly and I appreciated their service and tipped them everyday. The rest of the staff were unfriendly and distant even the hotel's manager was unpleasant. I don't think they like Americans to much.

  Location is very good and the taxi's are so cheap so its better than taking unnecessary risks. Hotel is relatively clean, the lobby is nice and the front desk staff is friendly. Bed is moderately comfortable, the buffet is delicious except for the fruit juices.

  Street is very busy, i think the sauna is small and the pool is tiny.

  Good location, just a 5-minute walk from Copacabana and the hotel is not an unforgettable one. The lobby is nice and the reception are one of the most friendly. Free wi-fi is satisfactory for websurfing, la salle du petit-déjeuner est super et le buffet délicieux à part les jus de fruits.

  Rooftop terrace had a great view, hotel was central to both Ipanema and the staff was very pleasant. Moreover wireless internet was free and breakfast was good. I loved that all the desk front people spoke in English or Spanish.

  Hard to find our way evento the beach was close and the mattress was somewhat too soft for my taste. Also pool were not as nice as advertised.

  A truly excellent location between Copacabana, good value and the staff were all friendly and helpfull. The room was really nice, breakfast was fine.

  Excellent location for a convenient price, good value and the staff were really very helpful. Also the room was adequate, also liked that there was a large selection of food for breakfast.

  Good location and the hotel itself is pleasant. The reception staff make your visit so nice anyways and the room prices are "relatively" low for being located near Copacabana/Ipanema. The buffet is delicious except for the fruit juices.
