Well presented and absolutely great hotel in Yokohama. New-fashioned & compact room with a view towards minato mirai. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Amicable personnel and favourable and absolutely perfect location to many sightseeing places.

Perfect hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff in an unbeatable position. Modern and soundproof room and exceptionally comfortable bed, comfy sleep. Clean, spacious bathroom. Location really close to the centre and the Bashamichi subway station. Also, close to railway stations.

The food was great with plenty of choice! Stayed in new-fashioned premium twin room with 1x sofa bed and beers, as example.

Compact and soundproof rooms for a second suitcase with lovely views. The breakfast was good, the staff was incredibly kind.

The room is big and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It has very polite stuff and excellent services.

Well presented venue, marvellous location near to the subway and walking distance to parks, shops and cruise ship terminal and several convenient stores, greatly enjoyed our stay.

Magnificent location in a business area, really close to the subway, Right next to Bashamichi metro station and the river. Exceptionally kind staff and a satisfactory breakfast with the fresh brew coffee and also more western cuisine. Good service from the staff.

Everything was brand-new, had a quite comfortable stay for travelling or go for business trip. The hotel provided reasonable prices. The property was clean with amiable staff. There was an excellent restaurant in the hotel.

Had soundproof a double room with juices, many amenities plus dryers. The staff was very amiable and responsive to requests.

New-fashioned rooms with a sofa! Good location to Yokohama Museum of Art. Set short walk to Yokohama, Cup Noodles Museum, Red Brickhouse and Minato Mirai area and the subway attractions and the local attractions in the comfortable area.

Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama was great! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel also provided extra amenities like bath salt and shower cap, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they quickly resolved any issues we had. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yokohama.

Location: the hotel was right by most attraction, and the train station. In the evening we visited Hana no Mai, set next to the venue.

The location was good for walking around Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Shopping Mall.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, convenient location near subway, nearby convenience store, close to shopping and entertainment area, accommodating staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.
