The pleasant and exceptional staff made a good impression. The hotel had a great and convenient location minutes from Shibadai Jingu Shrine.- The area was commercial, just next door to Tomod's Drug Store and subway or JR line.

The single room with a double bed had all necessary amenities. The room had central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set.

The service here is excellent, with complimentary internet in the lobby and a convenient location near the railway station.

The location for Tokyo was good and ideal, very close to Monorail to Haneda, a quiet area surrounded by many eateries / restaurants, and both subway & JR trains. We ordered lunch at Mihosai, located minutes from the venue.

I was amazed by the excellent location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn. Just a short walk to both Hammatsucho and Daimon stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and guidebooks free of charge. The rooms, although compact, were well organized and had all the necessary amenities. The daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, and the complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful gesture. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

rooms are TOO small , because of its size I think was not very comfortable. My luggage barely fit in the room. A bit far from the metro station.

We booked our room on special offer ("deal of the day" on Booked.net), so the quality-price ratio was great. Excellent hotel location: less than 10 minutes walk from tube/jr stations and quite close to ginza and tsukiji market. Our room on the 14th floor had a nice view of the city.

Excellent facilities and delicious breakfast with Japanese foods, scrambled eggs, a great omelet, reasonably priced. Great and decent location to a sprawling wholesale fish market. Comfortable stay for a vacation.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a small road filled with good restaurants. Its location near the Hamamatsucho railway station is perfect for exploring Tokyo as it is on the Yamanote line, which provides great connectivity to major metro stations. The rooms may be small but the beds are incredibly comfortable and the pillows are just right. Plus, they are well maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided, such as free breakfast with a delicious omelet, add great value to the stay.

The hotel has honest staff from the night shift. Rooms are exceptionally clean and modern. The location is awesome, within walking distance from Shibadai Jingu Shrine. Walking distance to a tower and a gallery adds to the convenience.
