This apartment was perfect for my recent stay in Avila. It was clean and well-appointed and it's central location made it easy to access both the old city and newer parts of the town including the train station. The kitchen was a good size and the living area comfortable. I would highly recommend the apartment to couples or business people who like having the option of eating-in and having a little more space to relax in.

The apartment was nicely furnished. Very roomy for 6 people.
Wifi was only available on the first floor in the hallway. Parking was definitely hard to find.

The apartment is recent, big and fully equipped. Easy to park in the streets nearby. You need to walk a bit till the city walls but is not far. Staff friendly and helpful.
For two consecutive days it wasn´t possible to pay with electronic/credit cards, it's better to be prepared with cash.

Convenient location close to bus terminal and main attractions. Brand new building with top of the line appliances and washing machine, elevator, two balconies, comfortable beds and great living-room.
It was great to have a washing machine but nothing to hang our clothes to dry. There should be lines on the balconies and/or over the bathtub. It would also be nice to have an iron and a hair dryer. The bathrooms are great, but the water in the shower is consistently changing from warm to cold.

Very good apartment in a regular building (not a hotel), with two bedrooms, 2WCs, kitchen and living-room. Everything was new and very well kept. There was no changing of towels for the 4 nights we stayed. No breakfast but you can cook your own. Location is good, 10 min walk from the city-wall. No parking but easy to park in the nearby streets for free. Highly recommendable.
