The hotel was very beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The view from the terrace was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a special cave room which was lovely. The room has a large spa bath in the bathroom which is very relaxing. Sinan, Vulcan and the rest of the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly ensuring the best stay possible. The chef is very good and there are a number of traditional dished that can be made for you on site including a casserole kebab inside a terracotta pot (that takes 3+ hours to cook) which is broken open at your table! They can arrange all sorts of transfers and tours for you from the hotel, and Musa the tour guide is also very knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Goreme. Fiona West Australia

We stayed for three nights at the sos Hotel in Goereme and we enjoyed every minute of it. It is a small, family-run hotel where the owner made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Personalized service, a location at the edge of the village, which made it peaceful and quiet.

The staff here are very friendly and go above and beyond for you. My wife and I had to get a refund for a cancelled hot air balloon ride. The staff offered to keep pressure on the local company. They kept following up with the balloon company till we got a full refund. My wife and I spent the day enjoying the beauty of Turkey.

The room smelled too clean, with a mild scent of cleaning fluid.

Hotel should improve bedclothes : they aren't large enough

The view is amazing. At night you see Uchisar castle, in the morning ballons float uber head and during the day you see fairy chimneys and the adjacent farms. The staff were friendly and could offer advice, the location a short walk to town or Pigeon valley for hiking and the rooms clean and well appointed. Our best value in Turkey.

Only negative is they neglected to mention they could arrange transport from Kayseri We did it ourselves with a mixture of taxi, public bus and dolmache. Which was no good.

This hotel was very comfortable with an amazing location. But what really sold me on this hotel were the owners and staff. Both Sinan and Vulcan were wonderful, nice and very helpful. I paid a little extra for a cave room which was worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a simple, comfortable hotel with great hospitality.

The staff was wonderful. They were helpful and full of information. They even asked us what we wanted for supper and made it specially for us. The location is great with a pretty view.

The manager was very helpful and efficient in helping us to book the airport shuttle and tourist activities, responding to emails prior to arrival. The terrace had a fantastic view of the town of Goreme.

The room was a good size although the bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, especially the toilet bowl.

The sos Cave Hotel has great management. The staff were super helpful and even picked us from the Goreme bus stop and dropped our stuff off at the bus station and dropped us off at the Goreme Open Air Museum, all for free. The breakfast buffet was good and the view from the patio was exceptional. They had great advice on what to see and do.

Being in a cave is wonderful but has it's downside. It was warm, but water was dripping from the cave ceiling in the bathroom.

This hotel is amazing!! The people who run it are incredibly friendly and helpful. They drove us to see sites, picked us up from our overnight bus, and recommended different things for us to do. They also booked a great tour for us and didn't pressure us to sign up for anything as I noticed some other hotels did on our travels. The rooms are clean and nice and we had a balcony with a view of the valley which was stunning. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Well, everything was more then what we expected for this price range. Rooms are quite well decorated, not very wide but not disturbingly small. We could heat the room as much as we wanted. This was something we worried about as we have a small child. The rooms and the terrace has a very unique view and the staff was helpful about everything.

I cannot fault this Hotel at all The owner was a very proffesional man he was friendly he couldnt do enough for you. The Turkish style breakfast was wonderful and there was lots of choice. The hotel rooms where spotless the staff wonderful. We are already planning another trip back there in 2013. My wife and I have travelled to many countries and we are currently living in Turkey but this hotel comes top of our list in many ways 5star quality but at wonderful prices

I could find nothing at all to dislike

all staff are so friendly and kind. And helping us whenever i need such as arrange of shuttle, tour, any other useful information. Thanks to Sos cave hotel, my family had a unforgettable memories.
