Quiet and well located in the Nurnberg city cetre plus is very close to the metro station, the hotel location in the center of the old town is very scenic.
Really well situated, easy access to all of old town and the hotel is in a great location.
I read about it on Trip Advisors and really wanted a great location close to the Christmas Mart and this was excellent not only because it was a very short walk, but, on a very very quiet street.
Booked 3 nights for the Chirstmas Market - hotel not near train or subway station like they say, no way to nagivate uphill, choppy.
The biggest selling point in their advertisement for me because I was driving to Nurnberg was; (…guests arriving by car will appreciate the underground garage available.
The new room was not as noisy but the bathroom was not clean, it had hairs from the previous guests and the wall behind the toilet was splashed with drops of urine.
No room service, tiny room and bathroom that you have to close the door to be able to try and squeeze into the shower, ex-schoolroom furniture and bare carpets - pictures to follow.
Most of the male reception employees were very accomodating, a huge bathroom The room was large and buffet breakfast were both very nice.
Nice buffet style, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed ever.
Imagine our shock and dismay when entering the room and seeing a large window, albeit with patterned glass, right in front of the toilet facing into the room!
The breakfast included hams, cheese, fish, cereals, fruit, croissants, eggs etc - very good.
In the heart of the old town, very close to the markets, churches, castle, the Durer house and a collection of assorted and very good restaurants and bars.
The breakfast was fresh and fantastic and the staff were helpful.
Breakfast was ok, typically German, cold cuts of meat, cheeses, bread rolls etc.
The breakfast was generous and the lady who served it was very nice.
Most of the male reception employees were very accomodating.
The Albrecht Durer house were just round the corner and we enjoyed the helpful friendly staff.
Location was good, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very courteous and helpful.
Our room was basic but that was OK, The fitness /steam/sauna room was a typical US standard facility which is usually difficult to find in Europe.
I believe they have car parking facilities but I did not use them.
There is parking availble in their garage at an additional cost and it is worth it!
Additionally unreliable internet access at best.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fresh and fantastic.
The room I stayed in was modern, fresh and clean.
Room was spotless, pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast buffets were all excellent.
Rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and abundant.
The room wasn't huge, but the clean lines of the layout meant that this wasn't an issue.
