Very good cousine and tastful food and good location for skiers
Unkindness of staff at the reception desk and young waiters, allowing smoking at the lobby bar where families and children stay, too. But the most negative experience was the Manager of the hotel which did not want to listen to hotel guests and just propose them better to go home. But in this case he did not want to refund the rest of the prepaid money by credit cards. It is not only our experience (6 guests) but some other groups too. Unbeliverably!
