  The staff from the hotel's bar was rather rude and the room of honeymooners was extremely bad.

  The beach view is beautiful and the sea is clear and nice. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and air conditioning is good, quiet and efficient. The swimming pools are interesting.

  Room location was excellent, the restaurant on the beach did great pizza's also and overall the hotel was just ok for a base, not 5* by any means. All the staff were fantastic, bar service was very good as were drinks and the food was varied and well prepared. Mainly Russian and German guests were polite and did not impose in any way, the pool was clean.

  The beach looks very nice and unorganised chaos of the arrivals area at Hurghada airport you'll be fine. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious modern. Indoor pool is heated and we spent time here.

  Relatively long nice beach, the room was exactly as shown in the book, and the view from my room was lovely, from the moment we arrived at the hotel we knew was going to be great. The service was also fine and helpful, food was FANTASTIC, Italian was particulally good. The pool was big and cold.

  The welcome was great, price was good and the staff were always helpful, polite and obliging. The room was always cleaned and food was fine and varied.

  Neither area ever felt crowded the whole time we were there and Russians were rude worse than the Germans.

  Fabulous week at lovely hotel, awesome staff and i very much liked the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Fantastic food and service, big resort, many Russians, one outdoor pool.
