      Great views over west lake, nice place to get away from the chaos of Hanoi and the staff are excellent and very helpful. My apartment is clean and well housekept thruout.

      The pool area is nice, taxis are waiting direct in front of the hotel and apartments are really pretty and housekeeping is great.

      The view was fantastic, i choosed this place as was near to my friends place and reception was helpful changing our flights as we missed a whole day due to being ill. Internet was very good.
