  Large lounge, large kitchen area, large fridge, great for KL stay and staff friendly and helpful there too. Comfortable rooms and bed, one of the best Italian restaurants I've eaten at.

  From one bedroom we had a view to kl tower was really nice at night, breakfast at the hotel was adequate and staff were efficient, polite and helpful. The room was very big.

  Very helpful and smiling staff, large comfortable room. Excellent choice for family, nice swimming pool.

  No city maps available at reception, the Hotel is in need of complete refurbishment and also breakfast can be improved.

  Friendly staff and comfortable apartments. Good choice for a big family, very modern well equipped gym.

  The location is not too bad, 's around 20 mins walk to the klcc we used as a hub and most entertainment and shopping places are less than RM 10 by taxi. Breakfast is unbelievably bad.

  Nice freindly staff and well equipped apartment. Good facilities.

  An unpleasant incident almost marred our stay there and poor breakfast.

  Great spaciousness of the apartment, etc. There's a decent gym and a small pool.

  The views are excellent and cooperative also hotel is very quite and comfortable. The staff are very courteous, bedrooms are nice and the Kitchen is well equiped, and showers are great. Breakfast is the worst, additionally laundry facilities are also very useful.

  The omelette/egg station was good, location was great as was walking distance from Bukit Bintang and stuff were very kind and helpful. The staff were excellent, bed was comfortable and the breakfast spread was adequate.

  The location is great, the breakfast is the worst Ive ever encountered at any hotel and the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are big and the kitchen is very convenient. The restaurant next door, neroteca, is fabulous and very tasty.

  The location was great and loved the staff and thought the hotel facilities to be of a good standard. Reception was good, check in efficient and friendly, bathrooms were really nicley set out and clean, the breakfast was excellent.

  Very good location and fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartments, well equipped kitchen. Decent breakfast not sumptous and fruit and salads also available.
