  The staff there were really very helpful and polite, sitting room was very BIG by local standards.

  A serviced apartment with a small kitchen and a very small living area was not at all what I expected. I do believe that the bathroom suite in my home is larger than the lobby of the Roppongi.

  And you can't make the argument that it is a little boutique hotel with a small lobby.
