Magnificent location, near Sullivans Cove. Comfy bed and generous-sized bathroom in the room. Excellent service with extremely helpful and exceptionally attentive staff during the stay.

We loved the spacious bathroom and lounge area in our executive apartment. The air conditioning was a great amenity to have. The location was fantastic, only a 10-minute walk from Sullivans Cove. Being right on the pier added to the charm of our stay.

We ate at a PARTICULARLY GOOD restaurant for breakfast. Its location was central, 200 metres from Waterfront. Visiting restaurants and cafés walking distance to the hotel was easy.
Their staff were very busy.

Great location, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Amazing views of the ships and people coming and going. Free wifi was excellent for staying connected.
Some noise from neighboring rooms. Difficulty finding parking at times.

We loved the friendly staff from the front desk to the girls who cleaned the room, the view from our room was amazing and it was great value for money.
There was just one thing that was annoying, all of the staff were amazing but one man on the front desk while we were there was, well maybe not a people person, there were 3 of us in our room and we all commented on different times when we came in or out of the hotel he simply looked through us, it was especially noticeable when all of the other staff were so friendly.

The location and the friendly staff. Also the fact that we could cook our own meals. It was great to get the newspaper each day as it enabled us to see what was 'on' around town.
Only one very tiny dislike - the bedroom as upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs making night visits to the bathroom a bit tricky in the dark.
