  Location and nice room, about 15 minutes from the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet. The hotel manager was wonderful and rate was good. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was attractive and quiet, we liked.

  Great restaurants in the area, good value and the glamorous exterior is just that, marketing. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, rooms are clean.

  And again, location was awesome, the hotel was very nice, clean and updated, all staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, food were fine.

  Clean and quiet and good location, great Place. The staff were courteous and the room was clean, mostly, nice bed. Bar were extremely friendly.

  Location was great for shopping and would definitely come back again for a weekend getaway and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, we ordered room service several times and the food was very good ,well presented.

  The staff were very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, the hotel's restaurant, Crumpets, was most convenient for breakfast. Service was awesome and room was clean and comfortable.
