The little cafe under the hotel was better than it looks, good service and reasonable-value fare.

Good location, the hotel foyer looks modern and its well worth the money.

They wouldnt even return our payment we had to fork out extra to pay for another hotel.

The location was fabulous, the proximity to Darling Harbour was fantastic as were the very helpful and the hotel was very nice.

Its location is great, a hotel that didn't have a dedicated car park and room to be a complete nigntmare.

Balcony is 30cm long and the food is good at the restaurant.

I would highly recommend the Raddisson hotel in Sydney city, its well worth the money, the food is good at the restaurant, the staff are very helpful and kind the rooms are really nice with a balcony and a view.

Kitchen was good, the breakfast at Zibar on the corner were great and the spa was nice.

Also a very nice restaurant /bistro next door.

Front desk staff was very personable and helpful, beds were comfortable, kitchens were very modern and well kept.

Fantastic location for events at the Sydney Entertainment Center, foH staff at the hotel were proficient and friendly, the front desk person Jason was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice clean spacious room, a jacuzzi heated adequately and the pool looks so elegant on the website.

But the spa was lovely, that rare find, a jacuzzi heated adequately.

The pool is a unique (in a good way) experience - you, in your bathers, are eye-to-eye with desk-jockeys at the accounting firm over the road, most of whom respectfully drew their blinds!

The staff are very chatty and friendly, the rooms while not huge are comfortable, clean and light and airy.

In addition staff were excellent and bedroom were clean on first impression.

We were coming to Sydney for a vital professional exam, so needed a quiet, clean room I could sleep and study in, with responsive staff in case of any problems.

I decamped here after a truly awful experience at the goldsborogh apartments on the other side of Darling Harbour so this was a breath of fresh air!

    The location was fabulous, the proximity to Darling Harbour was fantastic as were the very helpful and the hotel was very nice. The staff were great and the room was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious.

    Location is very good, darling Harbour for handy tourism and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and the gym is adequate.

    Considerable street noise - even on the 14th floor and stove seemed to be both rusted and dirty. Housekeeping very poor - always short of towels etc - very noisy because of single glazing, the food is not that great.

    I liked the location and about four blocks up hill to lovely Hyde Park. Very convenient to Darling Harbour and the staff are very helpful. Bed is good and the gym is adequate.

    Convenient to the City Centre and its ok to stay only because its convinent location otherwise its not great stay. Its well worth the money and friendly staff. Nice clean spacious room, a jacuzzi heated adequately and the pool looks so elegant on the website.

    I particularly appreciate the good position: close to the Harbour and location is the only redeeming feature of this hotel apartment the room is tired.

    In room laundry was very important - location was perfect - nice large rooms - swimming/spa pools were good and small kitchen was handy for our 4 nights stay. In addition staff were excellent and bedroom were clean on first impression.
