Hotel was little!
Had a standard room, and we greatly enjoyed it. Its location was comfy and favourable, so close to the Civic Center station as well as the Civic Center where the function l attended was held.

Liked my great stay on vacation. The location was great, close to Civic Center. The hotel itself was in a nice area, very close to Billy Graham theater as well as market Street and the main transportation around the city.

The place was spotlessly clean and staff was very very helpful and respectful. Enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven in the room. Amazing very central location just off the business district and the Tenderloin.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff is accommodating, and the room is a nice size. Also, the location is comfortable and good, minutes from Asian Art Museum. Btw, it's set in a secure area really close to talking buses, and the United States for more than 50 years. This is a venue go-to for San Francisco!

It was a little and great hotel in a good area, so close to the center, the Civic Center station on Market and Bill Graham Concert venue. Super friendly and fairly friendly staff, couldn't ask for more.
The staff was not very friendly.

Free parking, They even let us park our car for the day after we checked out! The staff was sooo helpful and accommodating, they gave us great directions too. This will be our hotel anytime we stay in sf. Right next to bus stop & 1 block from Market.
The area is a little iffy and the parking is an open area but we had no problems.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the recently remodeled rooms. The beds were good and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and Market street. Despite being situated on a busy intersection, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff, including the friendly and helpful manager, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They promptly provided us with an extra pillow and always had extra towels and soap available. this was a great place to stay.
Nothing.

Clean room but smelly. Neiberhood with lots of homelesses although all of the downtown is full of them. Convinanet to get on tour buses. Slight pricy for the service but hey this is sanfrancisco. No bed bugs which is great. Will consider staying again if cant find better place for the same price.
Room's smell. Street noise.

Location is great, you can easily walk to many attraction.
On the corner of two really busy streets so very loud even during the night. Breakfast is coffee, orange juice and sugary croissants - don't rely on it.
