Glorious location and the beach is also pretty clean.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms and breakfast was excellent as was the choice of the buffet dinner.

However, I paid £28 for a twin room for two persons including Breakfast on the Sol Melia web site.

The resort was very quiet and ideal for a romantic break etc.

If taking children please be aware this is a very quiet resort.

The hotel is situated at the end of a quiet road facing the beach at La herradura.

Note: the resort is not cheap and a pint of lager will cost approx 4 euros and a typical bar meal approx 7 euros.

Its reserved, and leans towards the home country holiday makers ( Not a Benidorm).

The hotel has a small roof top pool ( 3 floors up only) and there is good views over the beach/sea.

The rooms are spaceous, clean and typical of a good hotel chain(Sol/Melia/Typ etc).
