Fantastic location, great hotel and service.
The location is fantastic, the decor is elegant in a minimalist Scandanavian style.
Great rooms and facilities, brilliant jacuzzi in the room overlooking the lake.
The initial room we were offered was pleasant but very small but in the "peak" of the off-season (with perhaps only 3 other couples) we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a small balcony and jacuzzi, both ideal for champagne and sunsets (which we were fortunate to enjoy 2 of).
Very comfortable bed and excellent facilities.
Rooms are not especially large but they have nice balconies all with view of the lake.
5th floor, and despite our radiator being "off", our room was on the warm side the whole time, and especially at night.
The restaurant was very good with an excellent breakfast and an interesting dinner menu, but beware!
The room albeit small but were very comfortable with twice a day room service (free towels, etc) The restaurant was excellent we though with very good quality food, which was good because the "finer" dining options in Villa La Angostura were a bit limited.
The village itself is charming – nice little shops, really good restaurants.
Really good restaurants, great indoor/outdoor pool.
We had a great New Year celebration arranged by the restaurant.
The staff were all very helpful and pleasant with the receptionist organising our horse-back riding and hire car excursions.
The staff/service was impeccable (especially for a small hotel).
Very kind english speaking staff and all the employees always good willing.
The hotel is fairly small, but great service.
The pool and spa is fantstic and all it needs to be.
It's a small hotel, very quaint, but with exceptional service, small but very comfortable rooms, amazing views of the water, and excellent facilities (pool/spa/restaurant).
Spa I did not find especially attractive.
