I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, inside a fashionable shopping center. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants right at my doorstep. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even gave me a larger room when they realized I was traveling with a friend. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area and a terrace with a nice view. The breakfast was top-notch, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious food to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day!

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, quality of the rooms, and location are all top-notch.

most staff were great, great rooms -clean, comfortable and easy to fit 2 kids on the sofa, easy parking, nice extras like free bottled water and small snack and games for the kids, good breakfast and dinner, do not let the presence of the nightclub dissuade you - we stayed on a Friday and Sunday night and heard NO NOISE.

Perfect Xmas Getaway

We had an amazing Xmas stay in this hotel. The staff was incredible, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the location was just right for us to enjoy the festivities in town. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Xmas decorations and the hot mulled wine that was offered upon our arrival. the breakfast spread had a wide variety of tasty and fresh food options, including some delicious local delicacies.

We did notice some areas that could be improved. The design of the rooms felt a little outdated, and the heating system was a bit finicky.

Very loud disco in penthouse. Thumping could be heard three floors below until 3:30 am.

The hotel is located in the Rewell Shopping Center, which is in the city center. This is an ideal place to live and stay while vising Vaasa.

Great location on the central square within walking distance to the seaside. The hotel facilities are clean and modern, with direct access to underground parking. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local products. The staff was very helpful, even finding us a restaurant on Christmas eve when everything else was closed.

Bass-sound of the skybar was horrible, didn"t sleep for a minute. This is a no-go for me.

But, one should be aware, that some sound from the Sky Bar can be heard not only in Economy Rooms, but also in "regular" rooms.

Quite new furniture , sauna , good breakfast , brilliant location ( main square) , wonderful bed , citymarket on the other side of the square , helpful staff.Free wifi.

Room was clean and spacious at 8th floor facing the 'back side'. We didn't hear any night club noice and slept well.

Staff claimed that my reservation didn't exist (checked later with Booked.net that all the valid info was delivered to Vaakuna). He also was making weird comments of Booked.net and wasn't really service minded, but managed to get us a spare room for a night. Breakfast at bar/dinner place Amarillo is not invating: space is dark and complex, not decined for self service.
