  Location is excellent, this friedly attitude to the tourists travelling by Allegro train is really remarkable and a perfect place to get some rest after a hectic day. Free access to a computer in the lobby to check airline reservations, the staffs are very kind and the rooms are comfortable. Open terrace for breakfast is very good.

  A ventilator in the kitchen turned in the wrong way and the bathtubs are not very big either.

  The location is great, beautiful hotel right in the centre of Helsinki and free internet access in the lobby. Also the staff is very friendly, rooms are large and clean, breakfast in the upstairs restaurant had a good range to choose from.

  Great central location and located just across the street from the train station was very handy for us. The breakfast buffet was definietly the best part of our hotel experience and sokos department store in floors 1-5 was super convenient. The staff was very good and a HUGH private balcony was a big plus.

  Good position near station in the senter of sity and better than the EU33 Taxi fare I paid on arrival. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very impressive.

  Good location in city center next to train station and modern art museum. Private saunas in the hotel, 3 days in late August at a great rate and the lobby is a classic of this genre and unforgettable. Ladies at the reception desk are very friendly, rooms are spacious and the staff could be a bit more polite at breakfast.

  Good location, incredibly convenient - across the street from the train station and helpful staff we arrived in the early hours after a delay. Bathroom are large and rooftop restaurant/bar a huge breakfast buffet is served.

  Fantastic location, good relation quality price and has an optimal value for money for an excellent European service. Large room, fabulous breakfast and the waitress speedily cleaned up. Nice clean facilities.

  Very close to all famous sightseeing and location of the hotel is excellent. Additionally a personal on the reception is very good educated, also the blackout curtain didn't quite cover the window and breakfast on 10th floor is unbelievable - the best selection.

  Perfect location, this hotel is excellently localised near the Central Railway Station and the staff is very nice.

  Wi-Fi access is very poor and breakfast can get busy.

  Superb location right next to the Central station, friendly and knowledgeable staff at front desk.

  Hotel has three TINY elevators - you have luggage, the room is a bit small.
