Sokos Hotel Presidentti Helsinki - 赫尔辛基

The view from three windows of our corner room was very beautiful and this hotel had an excellent location - next to the railway station.

Good location in a centre of Helsinki and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is in a good central position about 5 minute easy walk from the railway station and buses to the airport.

From and to the airport you take the Finnair bus (platform 30 at the railway station), it costs €5.

Our room had a new-ish bedroom, tv, bed, but the bathroom and carpet were from the 60s, as was the hallway.

The bathroom is very small and every bathroom fixture is old - the toilet bowl, the bathtub, the shower screen, the sink, the water pipes (yes they are very visible).

However, we could easily move the beds into a double bed.

Exceptionally clean breakfast room and very poor facilitys no bar on monday only one pisa restaurant.

The place looked very cheap and dirty, and while the breakfast room looked clean and the food was decent, nothing about this hotel is anywhere near as nice as the Radisson SAS Seaside, which we also stayed at for two nights on this trip.

They have several fast and large lifts which quickly took us to the top floor (8th).

The hotel didn't have Internet PC's for public use but did have a "Business Center" where PC's, faxes, copiers, etc.

The the staff were wonderful and the room was clean.
