  The quality was very good made the time spent there very relaxing and the reception staff were helpful and attentive. The shower was amazing.

  The spa area and the fitness centre were only free of charge from 7 am to 10 am, the restaurant was bad.

  The quality was very good made the time spent there very relaxing, the room was stylish, spacious and comfortable.

  The service provided was very poor and also coffee mugs were not cleaned or tea/coffe replaced used.

  Particularly liked the bathroom very good layout, breakfast excellent and specialy an amazing in stunning SPA.

  Cleanliness in this hotel was very poor for a luxury hotel and the staff were quite rude at times.

  Beds linnen was not changed during a week stay, the manager was nasty to us none of the staff were nice.

  Good value for money and great staff. Clean, big, comfortable rooms, the BEST pillows in the world and the breakfast buffet is very nice.
