This chic place has a perfect location and popular lobby with elegance throughout. Some love atmosphere here, but others criticize the small, dark rooms and the aloof attitude of the staff.

Super service oriented, concierge was helpful and from check-in to check-out we found most of the staff to be polite.
The location was perfect, the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in and my room had an awesome view of the Empire State Building the city lights.
The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty roomy for ny.
