Location: Good location and the subway system was very clean.
Convenient for all the transportation including the Shinkansen trains, excellent Service from reception and rooms were very quiet.
Eventhough the hotel was located near the JR station we took a cab to the hotel, great desk staff that spoke some English and the bed was comfortable.

Convenient location, good quality toiletries and second, the staff at past visits was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all about the room was spotlessly clean and pillows and sheets were incredible and toiletries smelled great. Aside from the breakfast, we were perfectly happy here.
