The hotel of choice in M'Diq. Fairly clean, hip new venue. Favourable location on the beautiful beach, in the very nice area. Outstandingly accommodating staff, tidy room with the most incredible view.

It offers attentive services and has a rich breakfast choices. Very attentive and best staff as one would expect.

Attentive customer care, parking on site. Varied and fresh options at breakfast. Amazing location for visiting restaurants and pubs.

Particularly good and gorgeous setting in the amazing area, very close to the most beautiful bays, the taxis and restaurants and the restaurant. Clean pool, parking on site...

Absolutely brilliant staff, it was truly memorable stay.

We stayed in the a double room, it was beautiful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Our location was stunning and great close to many activities in the area.

Very rude staff!

Everything was amazing, genuinely helpful staff, pleasant views of the sea. The modern room was great-sized and the bathroom was modern style. There were central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television, which was great. Unbeatable and magnificent location by the sea, met my needs.

Nicely appointed hotel - welcome base for family vacation. Had suite with the most incredible view, balconies and a very nice bathroom.

everything was amazing, including a freshly prepared breakfast choice. the room with garden view. the hotel was in an incredible location just next door to europe & marocco, the restaurants, and the beach, attractions and the next cities.

The breakfast was savoury and offered a wide array of excellent food. The room we had was well-equipped and new-fashioned, came with garden view and a very nice bathroom and balconies.

The hotel's location is perfect, with a private beach in front of the sea and close to many activities in the region. The room was stylishly designed, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs from towels, to sun-hats, to drinks and food when needed. Although the breakfast was a bit expensive, the dinner buffet was amazing with polite and helpful waiters.

The hotel's prices were high for the value provided.

b In general: /b I cannot fault the hotel or the beautiful of the hotel. Before I arrived to the hotel I had 2 prepaid vouchers for 2 rooms advertised as they can accommodate 8 persons. I called reservations before I arrived, the first call I was told that there was no reservation staff who can confirm that I had the reservation. Second call the reservation team had a meeting so I could not reach them and could I call again. 3rd call I speak to a lady by the name of Oumaima who said my name does not exist. 4th call she took my number and I sent her my prepaid vouchers by email to prove that I did have a reservation. She assured me she would call me back with an answer. I was driving from Casablanca where I landed from England and was very anxious all the drive with 8 members of my family. I waited patiently I then called Parklane tours who booked through Expedia. Oumaima never got back to me so I drove with my hand on my heat worried that I had no reservation. I got to the hotel, suddenly the rooms were there and they were enough for 4 people only. No apology was given for not calling me back to reassure me that the reservation was there. I found out that I had to book another 2 rooms for the rest of my family. It was embarrassing because I thought I booked for 8. Anyway, thank god for Ibrahim, he was a godsend, he was so helpful and found me a promotional offer which I booked gratefully. The managers were nowhere to be seen and pushed the junior staff to sort out the problem. The other problem was the Spa, I came gasping for a Moroccan. hammam br/ b Location and surroundings: /b Great br/ b Service: /b Guess what, there was 2 ladies only, exhausted and unable to accommodate us all, I felt unwelcome although I was ready to splash out for 8 people at 400 DH each. I came back next day only to find 1 lady who did the hammam, the beauty and massage and hairdressing( too much for one person ) bless her she did a job that should be done by at least for people and would take half the time(ridiculous). One poor woman doing the whole hotel, it is crazy. She was amazing but I expected more staff in such hotel. I am happy I only booked 2 nights only. I am going to another 5 star hotel and hope they will have more staff in their Spa... br/ b Dining: /b I will though give 10/10 for Ibrahim: reservation may be he should be the manager . I haven’t glimpsed any reservation managers I would love to know what the meetings were about. One point they should discuss in the meeting is train staff that if you promises to call back, you really should. Soro: breakfast, you are great and nothing was too much for you Sebastian: Sebastian I felt I was a guest in your house thanks for the cucumber juice;( Soukaina and Abdelkarim Thank you for your apology and explanation although the person who should apologise is the reservation manager, your hotel is beautiful but I doubt I will send my hard earned money in your hotel again unless you employ more staff in your Spa and correct your advertising that your rooms accommodate 4 people each and if there is a mistake you should own up and apologise. Train and look after your staff br/

We had a wonderful time at this place, with friendly staff and great amenities, including a stunning interior design and a convenient location just 15 km from the airport.

The location was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do and we found a wide array of delicious food options available.
