Its location makes it very easy for guests to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants in the central business district, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall a lovely experience and a great location but a high price.

The location is very good, all of the hotels dinner restaurants are great and heated bathroom floor etc makes the external weather irrelavant.

The fit out of both bedroom and large bathroom was wonderful with plasma TV signature bed, espresso maker, even a TV at the end of the tub.

It had all kinds of bells and whistles from mood lighting, espresso maker, huge king bed, flat screen TV mounted on the wall of the bedroom and a small one in the bathroom to an excellent selection of toiletries and oversized bathtub.

The rooms are fantastic with your own coffee machine in each room and a spa bath in each bathroom.

The room was absolutely luxurious with 2 double beds, including a beatiful spa bath.

The beds are fantastic, just like your grandma's feather bed!

Vie restaurant is lauded as one of the best however while the food was good the service provided by the waiting staff was average both at breakfast and for evening dining.

He explained about all the details and gave us even a Cocktail voucher for the Bar and made a Reservation for the outstanding Restaurant they have in house I belief it was called the Vi Restaurant.

Next morning we went for breakfast to the in-house Vie restaurant.

A discrete well appointed bar to settle in after a day on the slopes, the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good an dthe front desk/concierge and the local is brilliant.

The restaurant evening meal was great but again there was an air of inexperience in the waitress staff as they could not tell me much about the meals or the accompanyments.

The concierge, reception staff and the cocktial barmen in the house bar were superb.

Overall service let this hotel down, this was not a reflection on the staff they were all extremely pleasant and eager to assist, but there were just not enough of them.

Collecting our car from valet parking was always quick and never any problems.

The products excellent, kind of a bummer for us Americans and we also used the spacious gym.

We were told by one of the volunteer fire fighters (whom we recognized from one of our outings) that there was an electrical fire in the spa, but that they caught it smoldering before it became a large fire.

The room was spotless, the food was just perfect and most facilities offered were as we expected very good.
