Sofitel Philadelphia - 费城

Great location and stylish and well-located hotel near Rittenhouse Square district.

The hotel is in a great location, and if you're a walker, as I am, you'll find it located convenient to just about everything.

The hotel is location close to other big chains in the Center City/Rittenhouse Square areas.

Only problem was our shuttle bus didn't turn up for our city tour but the concierge phoned them and insisted they pay for our taxi to get there - which they did!

It is a quick taxi (or bus) from Old City, which is where historic philly sites are, in addition to great nightlife.

A foyer area with a wardrobe, a sitting area with sofa and chair, and a separate bedroom with ultra-comfortable king bed and very large bathroom with seperate shower and tub.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and - unlike many hotel rooms - was very well lit, with a comfortable seating area, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and an immaculate bathroom.

The suite was nicely decorated with a living room with flat screen tv, working desk and sofa bed.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, mini-bar, marble bathroom, excellent toiletries, and pleasant staff.

We were quite pleased with the size of the room (we had a tub and separate shower, as well as king size bed, sitting area, computer desk, and large closet), but most impressive was the comfort of the bed!

The restaurant is nice for breakfast, but it's an expensive place to eat (room service is also terrific, but really costly); you're better off heading out for fresh bagels around the corner or to any of the great restaurants.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was consistently excellent, as was service in the bar during the evening.

Although we did not eat at the restaurant, we did use the lobby bar/lounge.

We ate in the restaurant for breakfast every morning and came away satisfied that we had had lovely food and great service everyday.

I ate in the hotel restaurant every day for breakfast and most nights for dinner and always had a very good meal.

From the front desk and concierge staff to the pleasant bartenders at La Bourse, we had a great time.

Great service all around -- I mean it -- from the front desk to the bellman to the server to the concierge -- especially the concierge, who worked for a full 10-15 minutes to find us a good restaurant and worked it until she found it.

My other quibble was with the valet parking; I felt that the valet parking people were rude and unhelpful, however the rates were reasonable, certainly if you want to spend less, there were plenty of parking garages around.

I would definitely, happily use this hotel again, perhaps even visit the gym next time!

The one MAJOR DRAWBACK is the price of Parking.

If I had to find anything to quibble about, I could say that the wireless internet should have been free rather than $10/day (though I was able to get a free signal from a nearby hotel.

Also, the Reading Terminal Market had a great wi-fi connection.

The room was clean and tidy and the service was attentive, the bar was good and the room service was quick and pretty good value.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the rates are extremely reasonable.

The room was lovely - tasteful, comfortable and clean.

The room was large and very clean, and although it was at the back of the hotel we still had great views of the spectacular skyscrapers.

The room was very clean and everyhing was new and modern.
