Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile - 蒙特利尔

The location is close to everything but do beware of the greedy cab drivers who take you on a tour of Old Montreal to increase their fares.

The location is also great, close to the metro, shopping, and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is very close to major shopping stores.

The hotel location is great for the Downtown area: the Peel Metro stop is one block away, as the entrance to Montreal`s vast underground city.

And you cant beat the location which is walking distance from Hip Cresent st and a block away from Peel Metro station.

The rooms were extremely clean, the beds WONDERFULLY comfortable (both the actual bed and sheets) and the bathroom first rate.

We had a corner room on a high floor which afforded us two walls of windows, a large L-shaped room, ridiculously wonderful bed and stylish bathroom.

Beautifull Lobby and Reception, Excellent Room in size and comfort, King Size Bed with goose feathers, fantastic view, bathroom with everything you can imagine for your comfort.

I had a corner room which was very quiet, luxurious bed, heavenly pillows and more than enough fluffy towels.

The room's decor lent itself to a relaxing atmosphere and the bathroom was perfect (separate shower and bath).

We ate a late breakfast in the restaurant.

We took special pleasure in the beautiful outside dining terrace, with its flowering trees, and in the glass-walled lobby, restaurant, and bar.

Although breakfast in Renoir restaurant was expensive, our "deal" allowed us to eat there twice.

I wouldn't bother eating at the restaurant unless breakfast was included as ours was.

4 of us have eaten two meals in their restaurant, lunch and dinne, and rented two rooms for three nights.

The hotel staff (front desk, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant staff) were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable (though you should ask for a room not facing the front), amenities are pleasant, and the front desk staff and concierge were very efficient.

At check in, when I turn to go take the elavators, a manager welcomed me with my name and holded an elevator for me, I was chocked in a good way of the quality of service and how did he knew my name, he was not even at the front desk!

It's a very nice gym and well worth the extra expense: extensive free weights, cybex, cardio machines, pool, towels provided, locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms.

The machine is located in a cubicle with NO doors and open to the elevator lobby and rooms.

The spa had many exercise machines and a sauna.

High-speed Internet access was $15 (CAD)/day.

My room was extremely clean and tidy each day i returned.

The room appeared to be very clean---but we were kind of grossed-out when upon opening a fresh robe we found lots of hair snippets on the collar- like someone had a haircut in it and it wasn't washed.

The Room was bright, spotless, and comfortable - candles, flowers, bathrobes & slippers, turn-down service, great toiletries.

My only complaint for the suite will be the sofa, very small, low and not too confortable, but the suite itself was large and clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean.
