Staff were friendly, concierge was helpful and i felt very comfortable in my room a junior suite.
Efficient airport transport, they were also very helpful to someone is not used to travelling or using hotels and more staff could use their initiative for excellent customer service.
Nice view on the backside of the hotel, service was excellent.
