We had a wonderful stay at a large property with modern rooms and excellent facilities. The pool looked amazing, even though we couldn't enjoy it due to the cold weather. There were plenty of choices for dining and the Moroccan dishes at the Orangerie were a delightful experience. The location of the hotel made it convenient for getting around, as all the taxis and carriage drivers knew exactly where it was. If we return to Marrakech, we would definitely consider staying here again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely helpful stuff at the reception desk worst welcome in Morocco, had very good stay. My room was brand-new and luxurious, it worked good. It had nice beds and an incredibly beautiful view of the mountains.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with comfortable beds and clean, functional rooms. The location was perfect, set in a beautiful and elegant area with a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially Imane at the reception and Aicha at the spa. The pool area and spa were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I also enjoyed the surprisingly good drinks at the SO Lounge.

toilet crooked and toilet hand shower leaking Cappuccino never twice the same and too much unwanted chocolate powder watered down orange juice somewhere above my room very noisy late night guests (sounded like children playing hop-scotch)

The units were luxurious and fairly quiet with a lovely view. The hotel provides a great service.

It's my first option in Marrakesh, thank you very much. Wonderful and fairly clean place should have higher than 5 star rating, everything is very good. The breakfast is extensive and amazing with lots of food.

Reception and pool are just a dream!

The rooms are shabby and the staff in the restaurant are very rude, forgetful and inattentive! There was a lot of garbage around, but they didn’t care !

The breakfast spread at Sofitel was absolutely amazing. There were so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was of high quality. The staff in the breakfast area were attentive and friendly, making sure that all guests were well taken care of. I loved starting my day with such a satisfying meal.

I had a pleasant experience at Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial. Despite the minor issue with the elevator button, I found the hotel to be well-maintained and the service to be attentive.

Breakfast was very good

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was amazing! The pool area was lovely and very relaxing with lots of sun loungers. Breakfast had a great variety and the service was efficient. The view from our room was stunning, and we were within a short walk to the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful too!

Our room was quite noisy as it faced a busy street. the dinner menu was limited and a bit overpriced.
