  Well equipped and helpful business center, good hotel. Pool staff friendly and efficient, the room had fresh flowers and a selection of nuts and fruit waiting for us, the food was excellent.

  Location is not bad, about 20 mins walk from the square and there's also a bar adjacent to , has a nice atmosphere.

  Best hotel in Marrakech and attentive staff. The water was pleasantly cool and most refreshing, the food was very good and the chef makes a great omelette.

  Probably the best hotel in Marrakech, exceptional staff and we ordered an early breakfast in our room on the last day and had brilliant service.

  Spa was a great way to make the trip and hotel worthwhile, staff were friendly and helpfull.

  The room was dated, the carpet faded, the furniture stained, service was a bit erratic in the bars and restaurant.

  Lots of lovely restaurants and bars within and around the hotel, excellent service, nice big heated pool.

  Old showers in bath, too expensive breakfast.

  I particularly liked the lawrence bar and restaurant, prompt and friendly service from the Moroccan reception staff. Excellent sized outdoor swimming pools.

  Quality of wifi not at the expected level in the room and too bad the large balconies don't have chaisse lounges.

  Garden, swimming pool area and art gallery was fantastic, atmosphere and location were great, the staff were very helpful whenever something was needed. Room was nice and clean, the breakfasts were also excellent.

  Great location 800m from the medina may be generous and spa is the older section of the hotel, rooms are out dated. Reception is very impressive and the pool is amazing and do leave some time for relaxing.
