Well located, lovely hotel in a great city location and importantly the staff was very helpful.

A superb hotel in an excellent location, much better than hotels situated round Eduard VII park if you are visiting for pleasure.

I am a walker and found the hotel's location to be the absolute best.

Taxis very easy and very cheap to get but you'll only need them for airport.

Beware of taxis at the airport, ask first how much they charge, and also of "freebies" whenever you eat, they charge you at the end.

The room we had was fantastic and very well designed with a huge and comfortable bed and a large flat screen television with some English/US channels and a very well appointed bathroom.

The rooms are a reasonable size with super king size bed, well stocked mini bar, air con.

Little touches in the room like turning down the bed at night, weather forecast for the following day, complimentary water and little chocolates left for you made it all the more special.

Great bathrooms, comfortable bed, nice flatscreen TV.

Everything is brand new, there was a great plasma TV, a beautiful bathroom, and the bed was nice.

The breakfast and lunch was also excellent, but a little more expensive than it would be at any nearby restaurant down the street.

We had the opportunity to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant but found that it was very quite expensive for what was on offer.

All the restaurants were booked etc but the bar a the hotel was nice to make us some sandwiches.

They also booked us in quickly, looked after our luggage and booked restaurants for the two nights - something not easy to do for yourself when trying to find a restaurant for a large group of people.

Although we didn't have breakfast in the hotel (which was expensive), the location is so good, you can walk to so many cafes and restaurants.

The lobby is very chic and the front desk staff charming and helpful with a knowledgable concierge on duty.

The reception staff attentive/friendly and the concierge was incredible!

Car parking is available downstairs at about £12 a day.

Service here is truly five star - one set back being the lack of a health spa and a fairly basic fitness facility.

Again, prior to arriving, I rang the hotel and they recommended a nice spa/massage facilty (Le Spa).

There was no wired connection available in my room and my room did not have wireless access.

Room is very clean and the bar is big enough.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel, décor is so amazing – contemporary, rooms are very comfortable and clean.

I got a very good price from their website, the room was very clean, but kind of small.

Room was of a good size, clean and modern with all amenities.

The bathroom was spotless and featured one of the best showers I had in a hotel in long while.
