  S near to City Center and the Mall nearby is good. The location is the best thing in this hotel and the staff must must be trained. The rooms is very dirty and bread selection in the American breakfast could be improved.

  Location near to shopping malls and good atmosphere. Service very friendly, courteous and honest Employees. I liked the bed, food delicious.

  Very old style and toilet very bad. Facilities more for to men.

  Great location and staff, good hotel restaurant. The reception were very friendly and helpfull, bathroom was nice, the breakfast was perfect and additionally the lunch buffet was marvelous.

  Food very nice location pretty good, away from main road, decent Hotel and good price. Free internet connection in rooms and lobby, rude reception staff, comfortable bed.

  Location nice as is in town centre, the hotel is very good.

  The location was excellent you can go to any spot in the city within minutes, compared to other Jeddah Hotel, I believe I got my money's worth and staff were hospital and polite. The room was very nice, the service at the main restaurant was good.

  Cars parking service bad and dirty corridors, frayed carpets and food absolutely awful.
