The hotel organised a taxi to the airport and a limo turned up.

Great location near beach, the old city of Gdansk is easily reachable by public transport or Taxi and have spent many visits to Sopot.

A number of years ago the Executive Suites had a separate sitting room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom; and five windows overlooking the bay.

The room consisted of a sofa, a bed, bedside lockers, a desk and chair, TV, mini-bar, an armchair and a fitted wardrobe with safe.

It was only 28 degrees C outside, but with the early sun beating on the window, the room would heat up, and with the AC at full blast it just kept me from breaking a sweat while laying naked on the bed.

The facilities in the hotel were excellent especially the steam room, the staff was very accomodating and the bed was very comfortable.

To order breakfast in bed, you have to ring reception to have a breakfast card brought up to the room.

We didn't stay there (we stayed in the horribly over-rated Hanza in Gdansk) but we did go in and have a drink in the restaurant / bar.

A big bathroom, good bar and excellent food.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we thought that a bit pricy at 20 euros each and didn’t feel like a large meal that soon after a night out on the town or the hotel casino.

Buffet breakfast is included and was outstanding with hot and cold items, including delicious smoked fish and champagne.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent offering local specialities as well as interesting gourmet items.

Warm welcome by the friendly staff in the lobby, excellent service and all the employees were very helpfull.

The majority of the hotel staff were extremely happy and friendly, the laundry service was excellent.

Front desk offered great service and the bathroom was clean.

Excellent services in their beach area, comfortable place and his diligent well trained staff.

The hotel has an excellent looking gym, and spa centre that we didn't use, but we did make enjoyable use of the steam room/sauna/ice pool and normal swimming pool complex.

I believe the pool and the spa is supposed to be opened next month.

The room was spotless and the waiters at breakfast were attentive.
