10/10 is just not enough for this hotel and the staff are friendly.
The food of the hotel restaurants is pretty good too, i used the concierge for a guide.
The location is the best in Siem Reap in between trees, this is basically a very good hotel.

Good location, chiengmai luxury hotels and definitely worth the price of admission. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are large. The breakfasts are fantastic, the swimming pool is brilliant.

The reception area smelt wonderful this was the first thing i noticed and our stay at the Sofitel Siem Reap was the best ever. The entire staff were superb and the concierge got us a good setup for guided tours of the temples. Our deluxe room was spacious, food was fabulous and the swimming pool was huge.

Very nice atmosphere, super service and good and knowledgeable Concierge. Free bottled water each day, pool/bar staff attentive and friendly, liked the cold towel. The food was fabulous and garden was well furnished.

Hotel employs students from paul dubrule hospitality school gives back to the community and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is a must the pool really spacious.

Great hotel, decent service and bathroom rather tight compared to Sofitel centara in Huahin had big bathroom. The food was very good and the burger by the pool was actually one of the best I've had outside of the U.

Breakfast was not or could not be included in booked and was slightly expensive for the area, the concierge was not helpful.

Nice food and fantastic swimming pool.

Slow service in bar area during afternoon prior to dinner, price / quality wise one of the worst hotels we have stayed in ever and internet is available at relatively low cost. The cocktails are not even very good, concierge is a bit useless.

Limousine airport pickup was great and country Club restaurant was particularly helpful. Welcome was very warm and the staff were amazing. The room was fine, the bars were good and the breakfast was one of the best. Dinner was well worth and pools were superb.
