The hotel is stunning, with beautiful decor and a festive atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and delicious restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering all the modern amenities you need. The breakfast served in the morning is hot and offers a great mix of both Western and Chinese options.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, as they initially couldn't find our reservation. However, this was quickly resolved by the hotel and our stay went smoothly afterwards.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the location, which was slightly far from some of the main attractions. However, the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the attractions, making it a non-issue.
